  • Sponsorship

The Sponsorship Committee recruits annual corporate sponsors and monthly luncheon sponsors. It presents the sponsorship benefit programs and the appreciation of AZCREW.

The committee works with the PR Committee to ensure that all sponsors are receiving exposure in all advertisements and newsletters; with the Program Committee to be knowledgeable of the lunch programs to
target interested businesses and with the Membership Committee to identify businesses that would be interested in the benefits of sponsorship.

It is a great way to be involved in contacting people directly and establishing rapport.

Participation in the AZCREW Sponsorship Committee includes:

    • Annual Sponsorship Drive – 3-4 month duration starting early October (the drive is not laborious or meeting intensive)
    • Monthly Luncheon Sponsor Drive – fill 3 sponsorship levels for 9 lunch meetings; these sell themselves!
    • Strategy and Administration – identify and track targets and payments, oversee banner and slideshow creation, create sponsorship promotional materials, manage total sponsorship database

Increase your market visibility through sponsorship of the Phoenix area's only professional women's real estate organization.

Participation is limited to one sponsor per industry at the Elite/Platinum level. Gold, Silver and Bronze levels do not have a limit. All sponsors receive visual and verbal recognition at all meetings.
Current year sponsors will be given right of first refusal to renew for the coming year. All sponsors receive the following benefits:

    • Sponsor names will be prominently displayed on a banner at each meeting
    • Sponsors receive recognition at 9 monthly luncheons in the meeting slideshow and on the website.
